Jack has a degree in Education from the University of Kansas, and spent more than 10 years helping people through the rehabilitation process following a cardiac event. Those years of teaching, guidance and service to clients through the process has allowed him to to grow a "referral based real estate business" now in excess of 85% in 2007.
Jack became a licensed consultant in real estate in 2003 after a lifetime wood-working hobby continued to grow with home restoration, rental property, and a creative touch.
His business goal is to create long-term relationships for a lifetime built on trust and concern for the needs of each client. He does that by identifying great products and providing a wonderfully systematized process for his clients.
He is looking forward to helping you or the people you care about with their real estate needs.
I can’t thank you enough for the role you played in helping me put my family back together.

“Jack Laney represents the epitome of the “no-nonsense” approach to realty. He takes into account many factors, including your knowledge of the market, needs/wishes, location and even your personality to help you synthesize and vebalize what you are looking for in a home. His knowledge of the ins and outs or realty issues including home repair, heating/cooling, electrical, architectural and structural, neighborhoods, schools, roads, noise, local landmarks, etc is formidable.
Jack will help you find the house you want, not the house he thinks you should buy. He has ultimate patience with no ulterior motives. He will spend as little or as much time as you need to find you the right home. If you are new to the experience of buying a home, he will guide you through the bureaucratic formatilities of making the deal with no pressure and the most possible care. Of realty, Lionel Hutz once said to Marge Simpson “Marge, let me let you in on a little secret of the real estate business. The right house is the house that you’re selling, the right person…is anyone” Luckily for us Jack Laney never learned this lesson.”
